1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RamseyQuant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
RamseyQuant is a financial analysis platform that applies the Ramsey capital model to extract economic parameters from stock market data. The Service provides analytical tools, data visualization, and comparative analysis features. RamseyQuant does not provide investment advice. All analysis is informational only and should not be construed as financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. A 7-day free trial is available to new users with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscription fees are charged in advance. Yearly subscriptions are billed annually. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. The Service allows up to three (3) registered devices per account. You may deregister devices from your account settings. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the Ramsey capital model implementation, algorithms, software, design, and documentation — are the exclusive property of RamseyQuant and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RamseyQuant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
